If you would like for a broker member of our real estate brokerage network to be permitted to share with you additional non-public information about properties listed for sale or lease that would otherwise not be available to you, you may be required to register on the Site.

By supplying your name, electronic mail address, and telephone number, you create a non- binding default consumer-broker relationship with Ward Kellner Properties, Inc. that permits us to provide you with non-public information about real properties for sale or lease for your personal and non-commercial use. You may elect to establish searches and email alerts to notify you when new or updated property listings matching your criteria become available.

As is a common practice on many consumer web sites, the Site may collect data involving your usage through the use of small files placed on your computer by certain consumer applications, commonly known as “cookies,” web server logs, and other web tools. The Site may also collect data through other tracking services including, but not limited to, Google Analytics. These technologies allow us to customize your experience as well as track your use of the Site in order to improve your experience. Anti-Fraud Disclosure

Electronic communications, including, but not limited to, email, text messages, and those accessed through social media platforms, are neither secure, nor confidential. While Ward Kellner Properties, Inc. has adopted policies and procedures to aid in fraud avoidance and prevention, security protections can be bypassed by unauthorized parties. A Ward Kellner Properties, Inc. broker or agent will never send you any electronic communication with instructions to transfer funds or to provide nonpublic personal information, such as credit card or debit numbers, bank account and/or routing numbers, or other personal financial information.

DO NOT TRANSMIT NONPUBLIC PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD NUMBERS OR BANK ACCOUNT OR ROUTING NUMBERS, BY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION THAT ATTEMPTS TO INDUCE FRAUDULENT WIRE TRANSFERS ARE COMMON AND MAY APPEAR TO COME FROM A TRUSTED SOURCE.

If you receive any electronic communication directing you to transfer funds or provide nonpublic personal and financial information, EVEN IF THAT ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION APPEARS TO BE FROM YOUR REAL ESTATE BROKER OR AGENT, do not respond and immediately contact your real estate agent by telephone or another means. DO NOT RESPOND TO THE CONTACT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE COMMUNICATION YOU RECEIVED. Such requests, even if they may otherwise appear to be from your real estate agent or another person connected with your property transaction, are likely part of a scheme to defraud you by theft of funds or identity theft.

Updating Our Privacy Policy

Ward Kellner Properties, Inc. may, from time to time, change its Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting our updated Privacy Policy on our consumer applications and displaying a new “Effective Date.”
