Knowing the intricacies of the different transactions that take place in in the Panhandle of homes, farms, ranches and recreational acreage allows Karla to fully engage her clients and match their needs with the market. Her desire to assist those looking to buy or sell a home or property goes far beyond that of wanting to partake in a transaction - getting to know each specific client on a personal level in order to fully understand their goals is of the utmost importance to Karla.

Karla's natural creativity and sense of style allows her to envision the potential of a property with her clients in order for them to make a house their home. Above all else, Karla strives to bring honesty and integrity to each transaction in order to ensure her clients' desired results are achieved.

Running a home and raising three children and immersing herself in her community has taught Karla a lot about budgets, different personalities, time management and organization, all attributes which she applies successfully to her real estate career. Each transaction comes with its own nuances, and applying these skills allows her to seamlessly guide her clients through the many moving parts of a closing.

Karla also loves working with those in her community because she gets to see close up the fruits of her labor as families successfully transition from one stage of life to another, and she truly finds it as an honor to assist each and every one of her clients.
