David White, Broker Associate
A native Texan born and raised in Odessa, David earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University and began his career as a partner with his father in multiple local car dealerships. David then transitioned into becoming an airline pilot in 1990 and flew Boeing 737s for Southwest Airlines until he retired in 2018.
With his work history in business ownership and piloting airplanes, David has easily transitioned into his third career in the real estate industry, bringing with him the art of negotiation, a focus to detail and the ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations. An excellent communicator, David knows the importance of listening to his clients’ needs, advocating on his clients’ behalves, and the value of timeliness and honesty. Having resided in the Greater Houston area for over 20 years now, David is familiar with the different market areas and excels at assisting his clients, both locals and new-comers alike, in educating themselves in the details of where they are looking to buy or sell. His commitment is wholeheartedly to his clients and their desired results, and he will readily offer advice on how best to achieve them. David brings unmatched excitement and area knowledge to his buyers and sellers and enables them to realize a home’s full monetary potential by examining all internal and external economic influences.
In addition to his Realtor®’s license, David also holds his drone license, co-owns Drone PROspectives, Inc., with his wife Pam, and is able to offer all of his clients, at no cost to them, drone and aerial footage of properties he lists. This unique feature David offers allows for greater advertising, marketing exposure, and visibility for each of his clients, with no added expense to them.
David, along with his wife and Ward Kellner Broker Associate, Pam, are proud parents to four adult children and grandparents to nine grandchildren and live in the Richmond area. David’s commitment to the community also includes a membership to the Fulshear-Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, The Central Fort Bend Chamber, the Fort Bend County A&M Club, and Katy’s First Baptist Church. David also volunteers for the Breeder Greeter’s Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and for the Ronald McDonald House, cooking meals for its guests. In his spare time, David loves watching Aggie football and traveling with Pam.
