Cameron Magness, Realtor® Associate

Born and raised in Alvin, Cameron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University and began his real estate career immediately afterward. Cameron brings experience from various sectors of the real estate industry, including marketing, sales, project management, home building, and land development. Always dedicated to expanding his knowledge base, Cameron recently returned to Texas A&M University and received his Master of Science in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering.

Having been a project manager and eventually becoming a developer and custom homebuilder himself, Cameron has managed multi-million-dollar building and development projects. With this multi-dimensional, real world experience, Cameron is able to provide a broad-view perspective that escapes many agents. Cameron’s innovative and creative marketing techniques provide an impressive sales record to solidly back his experience.

Cameron’s approach to helping his clients is simple – honesty, professionalism, and always staying client-centered. Having lived and worked in the Alvin/Pearland/Friendswood corridor for most of his life, Cameron has a keen understanding and unique knowledge of property values in these general areas. Combining this area knowledge with his client-centered focus allows Cameron to better serve buyers and sellers.

Cameron and his wife of 20 years, Stephanie, are the proud parents to three children and live in the Pearland area. Cameron serves as a Deacon at South Park Baptist Church and supports various organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Gladney Center for Adoption, and Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Cameron enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golfing and doing projects around his home.
