Beth Kellner, Broker
A fifth generation Texan, Beth grew up in the Rosenberg/Richmond areas of Fort Bend County and attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. Beginning her career in the real estate industry in 2002, Beth quickly established herself as a standout professional as she was integral in the startup and management of a real estate firm that grew astoundingly under her watch. In 2010, Beth saw a need to get back to the basics and focus her career solely on the client again, rather than about the growth of a firm, so she, with her husband Mark, started Ward Kellner Properties.
Real estate runs in Beth’s blood – her father is a Realtor® Associate with Ward Kellner Properties, her grandfather was a Realtor®, and her great-grandfather started Fort Bend Federal Savings & Loan in 1933 and also served as the Tax Assessor-Collector for Fort Bend County. In her role as President and Broker of Ward Kellner Properties, Beth oversees the company’s commitment to client relationships, its innovative marketing techniques, and its maintenance of a high level of market knowledge and training. Beth also oversees communications, transaction management, compliance and network affiliations. Her thorough and thoughtful work style combined with the calm and steady way she interacts with buyers and sellers has allowed Ward Kellner Properties to grow organically into a leading, privately owned premier brokerage in the Greater Houston area.
Beth founded Ward Kellner Properties on the business cornerstones of the relationships built with and respect she has for her clients and surrounding community. Determined to make it solely about the clients with whom she works, Beth focuses on service, quality and results, a goal that has grown Ward Kellner Properties into a multi-million-dollar real estate firm. Extensive experience in complex property negotiations and an understanding of the value placed on her client’s privacy add to her commitment of providing a luxury standard of service. Beth’s attention to detail, her honest and immediate communication, and her attentiveness to her clients’ needs all lead to outcomes that most often exceed expectations.
Beth and her husband, Ward Kellner Properties associate Mark Kellner, have four young children they cherish. In her spare time, Beth loves to go fishing, travel, and read. Beth also enjoys keeping bees on her ranch and sharing honey with friends and family. Beth supports multiple organizations including The Junior League of Houston, the Texas Exes, the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Group, the Fort Bend Museum, the Central Fort Bend Chamber, the Memorial Hermann Children’s Surgical Unit, and her children’s schools. She and her family live in the Memorial area and are members of St. John’s United Methodist Church in Richmond where she serves on the Stewardship Committee.
