Rita Wesevich, Realtor® Associate
Having grown up in the southern part of the former Soviet Union, Rita majored in English while living in Siberia. After moving to Moscow, Rita worked as translator for some of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. She then went on to study law and graduated with honors and has since then lived in Libya, Scotland and Malta.
Drawing from her own experience of multiple international and domestic moves, Rita has been on both sides of numerous transactions, both personally and professionally, and brings an empathetic nature to all of her clients. Rita views every real estate transaction just as unique as each of her clients – no two are identical. Where many agents will attempt to apply a label or a template, Rita will instead see each client and transaction as one-of-a-kind. Rita offers her clients open and constant communication and prides herself in truly hearing their needs and making herself available to them. Above all, Rita treats every transaction as if it involved her own home – she understands that buying and selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and she will use her passion for service to help her clients make sound decisions. Rita lives by the Golden Rule but also relentlessly advocates and negotiates on her client’s behalf.
The mother of a teenage son, Rita incorporates her talents of listening and problem solving into her profession. In addition to speaking English, Rita is also fluent in Russian and knowledgeable of multiple European, African and Asian cultures. Rita, her husband and her son live in the Richmond area, are actively involved in theircommunity and love escaping to the beach in their off time.
